The product arrived & looked very good , i plugged it in to use it and hey! it didnt work ...

Stopped working within 5 mins of use, be careful while handling

Used this heat gun for third time and bits of the coil started to breakup and fall out. Now it doesnt heat up anymore! cheap quality and feels cheaply made.

I did not receive the tool kit and the gun does not have heat control as advertised.

It heats well. Bought it to do car wrapping. It works great. It doesn't overheat.
