If you have large enough windows, these work pretty well. They look even better at dusk, and if backlit could work late into the evening as well. I didn’t even have to use tape as they stuck to the window like saran wrap. They do have a few wrinkles in them, which I will try to remove with a hair dryer but even if I’m not successful, I still like them. They are fun for a low price.

This is SO CUTE! It is just a sheet of thick-ish plastic that has the silhouettes of paparazzi printed onto it. For my purposes (an office Academy Awards decoration) it was just perfect. Very inexpensive and takes up no space. It comes folded, and the folds are deep. I needed it quickly (It was next-day delivery on Amazon Prime). I would imagine that if you were able to hang it for quite some time prior to your event and use a hair dryer or heat gun, that you might get some of the wrinkles out. I will be able to fold it and use it again. I have 3 thumb tacks holding it up. Mostly, it clings to the wall. I trimmed out the "flash bulb" area (copied the idea from a previous reviewer...Thank You!) and stuck a "light up bar coaster" (also from Amazon. comes in sets of 10) in each of those 6 spaces. One of the options is a fast blink, which looks just like cameras flashing. The lights say they have a 17 hour life span.
