Very Disappointed for the price I paid.. The powder was all clumpy and stuck together, had some moist inside it.

TASTE: I purchased the flavor Blue Raz and I have to say I LOVE the taste. This flavor is different then other brands that offer the flavor blue razz. It is the perfect blend, not to strong and not watered down. Very easy to drink and tasty. You do get the jitters, which I like cause I know its working. Overall, best tasting Pre-Workout that I've taken in the. past 10 years of working out. ENERGY LEVELS: Since taking ENGN Shred as my pre-workout, I have noticed a massive increase in my energy levels. After moving and purchasing a house, I found myself away from the gym more then I wanted. I know I needed to get back, so I ordered ENGN shred and WOW I have noticed a difference. I usually workout in the morning and my energy levels stay with me throughout the day. I am in an overall better mood, not tired and motivated to get back into the gym the next morning. ENDURANCE: While at the gym I tend to start out with a mile or two walk to get the blood flowing. After that, I get into my workout. My workouts usually last me approx. 45 mins. Throughout my entire workout, my endurance is off the charts. There is no slowing down when I use ENGN shred. I workout out at the highest level while using ENGN shred. I am 28 years old and feel like I'm 19 while working out. This endurnce continues outside of the gym too. Since using this product, I have pushed myself to get back into the gym and back on track. OVERALL: Since using ENGN shred, my overall lifestyle has changed. I am consistantly in a better mood, I workout like a beast and it gets me through my day energized. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great pre-workout. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

I used this product in two different stints: for 3 months in fall of 2019 and again in the fall of 2020. The first time I used it, it had been almost a year since I used a pre-workout supplement. I used 1 scoop with 8 oz of water and I got good energy without a a crash later, but had GI issues for the first month or so. I eventually decided to try another product until I noticed it was on sale, so I thought I would give it another go. This time, there were no GI issues, so it may be that I was unaccustomed to the product and should have gone in with a smaller dose. As for the effects of the product, it worked quickly and got me ready to workout within 10 minutes of waking up (I get up around 5:30am). I never experienced any kind of crash and generally did not need to supplement with any further caffeine throughout the day. The flavor is good, though the powder does need a more vigorous stir to mix well with water than other similar products. Overall, good product, decent value (especially if you find it on sale), and if you're already accustomed to pre-workout supplement, no adverse side effects.

Always makes the sweat and pump good

This pre workout has been excellent as of now. Haven’t been in the gym in 5 years and I’ve been debating on which pre workout I’ve been wanting to use, I’ve tried C4 I’ve tried Woke AF I’ve tried a few others, and by FAR this is the one of the best I’ve used. I purchased the blue Raz which I gotta be honest, doesn’t taste the best but I’m sure isn’t the worst tasting either. You can’t go wrong with blue raz and it makes you sweat!!! I barley ran a mile in my pic and I was already on a great sweat! Hands down a big fan of this product and will be purchasing more in the future! No this is NOT a paid review, just felt like sharing my honest opinion to help others decide which product to choose, no fatigue no jitters and if does say DO NOT USE within 4 hours of sleeping to avoid sleeplessness or something like that but to be honest I workout from 9PM to 12AM and I was completely fine when I got home to sleep, very easy to use product and it gets straight to the point! Kicks in within 15 min for me.
