Too coarse
Grew up eating zarusoba in Japan. I have never thought about 100% buckwheat, 9:1 or 8:2. It is too course for my taste. 100％ buckwheat has many health benefits, but note some risks as well especially for those who did not grow up eating buckwheat.

The $21 price is for ONE pack of 7.05 oz soba noodles, NOT THREE. THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. These are the most expensive noodles I've ever eaten!! Also, they are very thin noodles. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!! DO NOT BUY.
