On time delivery by Cloudtail.Looked slight different from what I had seen in pictures and one review. This one has Asian Paints printed on it. And ESS printed on the pipe. It might be coming from the new stock that has now Asian Paints branding on it.The packing was nice. Came in an asian paints box complete with the warranty card, screws, holder, pipe and faucet head. The pipe was sealed with removable covers at both it's ends.Product installation was very easy, as it was just a replacement for my previous one (from some other company).Registering for warranty was instant. I did it through the websitehttps://bathsense.asianpaints.com/warrantyregistration.htmlI instantly received my registration number on my mobile number.It's easy to use. Spray pressure is nice and even.Just one thing, I felt could have been noticed before buying it was the pvc pipe. We had a flexible stainless steel hose before. So it might take little effort initially switching to it. And I'm hoping for the pipe to not come out like it had been mentioned in one of the comments here. Rest all is nice.Appearance wise, I was in doubt but it has a good build, looks durable and adds to the aesthetic appeal as well.

Very Good Product
Writing after 1 month of usage.Pros(1)Very good quality water jet. Water comes softly from the jet even if the inflow of water is high.(2)Very good pipe quality. It is not typical metal but probably a thick plastic coated over the metal. Looks sturdy and hope it does not break.Cons(1)Jet lever can either be pressed 100% or 0%. There is no option to control the flow of the water using jet lever.

Terrible quality
The faucet has begun to leak and my plumber has said that it’s a defective product. No way to return this. Poor poor quality. Bought it because it was an Asian Paints product. Never again

Too light, feels cheaply made
The shower head is very light. It feels like plastic. It’s a waste of money. Do not recommend at all.

Easy to handle
The flow water is less if another washer is inserted at front end then water is flow is good , but one extra washer is required, i have arranged from old one, otherwise what will happen that while adjusting front end for water flow, water will leakage

For the price really good quality.
Was a bit skeptical about the same. But since the time it has been installed, works just fine and haven’t noticed any leakage or seepage. The water pressure output is obviously dependent on the source so yeah it is pretty good.Would recommend it.
