Package was ripped at the bottom and i found worms in the dog food after a few days. I threw it away, as my dog refused to eat and i did not know why at the very beginning.

Worms and insect found in Royal Canin dog food
We found insects and worms in Royal Canin dog food which was ordered in January. We have regularly been ordering the same dog food since years. And this us the first instance such case has happened. We have photo and video but don't know how to send it to you. Kindly have someone call us at the earliest. This is not a healthy sign. We place the dog food in its original packing and then in an airtight container. Kindly let me know what has to be done.

Bad quality kibble, both my pet got sick and no process to return an open packet. We have been using this for 3 years but last packet had bad content.
