Just a fabulous flavour and so versatile.

Not as hot as you think it might be.
It does pack a punch of chilli which is really pleasant - not too much but you can be reasonably liberal in use if you like chilli.One star off as one jar has lost its seal in transit - I presume- and so there was red chilli oil leaking from it on arrival which was a bit messy. I don’t think it affected the product however.
