I wrote a review a few months ago but deleted it because I was embarrassed, but I can only be honest! The last time I purchased this I was extremely anemic and craving dirt like textures. This satisfied that craving until I healed, and it did whiten my teeth. But for anyone looking for pica symptom relief or have dirt cravings, this is a satisfying option. Do not ingest large amounts (it could cause severe coughing, think the cinnamon challenge when kids would take a large spoon of dry cinnamon and it would cause them to choke) and let your doctor know, but I wanted to share my experience with this product and how it helped me!

Me gusto como comestible buenísimo

Way bigger than I thought it would be, so good value size. You can actually go halfsies with a friend and still have more than enough. Also the charcoal is very fine and great for charcoal masks. However, be warned that it can also be VERY MESSSSSSY! So make sure your not wearing anything cute when you use it. Also if you mix water with the charcoal like the tub suggest the mask will shed and be messy to wash off, temporarily staining your sink or bath tub. I recommend you mix the charcoal with Elmer's NONTOXIC school glue instead or any other washable NONTOXIC school glue because it will not hurt your skin and it keeps all the charcoal in place. Keep the mask on for as long as you like, but at least until it dries and then you can just peel it iff, which is way less messy then trying to wash it off.

Shipped quick... Still only have it for a few days now... nothing major to complain about... I have taken 1 scoop with one glass of water and then had another glass of water like it said.... I took that before I went to bed... I slept fine, didn't have to rush to the bathroom in the am lol..... I used it on my teeth.. I believe its working to whiten. I am noticing them getting whiter. Your teeth feel great afterwards... even though your mouth looks like a zombie from a horror movie when you brush lol .... I was worried about the taste...no taste!.. if you are someone who is big on texture .. I would say it grainy. but once you rinse your mouth out a few time it goes away... They do have that note that it does get every.. it does lol.. Make sure you don't spill it...... The only con I would have to say is that if you are mixing it in a glass cup its hard to tell if its clean after you rinsed the cup out with soap and water.( you will need to get paper towel and wipe it out since the stuff is so fine...... overall I recommend and would buy again!
