Is this miracle balm suppossed to be replacing miracle salve? Why is it pink?

It is pink in color but goes on clear! This product is not thick like a salve but is smooth and lightweight.

Is this product Non-comedogenic?

It states on the website it is non-comedogenic if used for the lips. However, I also use it on my wrinkles around my lips and have not broken out from it. Hope this helps.
