This bag is adequate as a home first aid bag only.It’s nowhere near as big as it appears in the photos at all. So take close attention to the dimensions.It’s also not that sturdy. The grade of nylon is not heavy duty it’s medium at best. So only good for light duties and not throwing around in hard environments.Otherwise it’s okay.

I needed a bag for a medical kit as a part of my emergency supplies. I had acquired quite a bit and it was spread everywhere but thought it would be much better in one place so it could be more grab and go. This bag is sturdy with ample room. I have general supplies as well as splints, eye kits, ears, emergency teeth repair, zip stitches, gloves, lots of gauze and bandaids. I love it.

Inadequate for medical bottles of various sizes, as medium sized bottles consume quite a bit space making it difficult to put other bottles in adjacent slots, you find yourself stuffing remaining bottles wherever you can get them, defeating the purpose of an organizer.Once inside side pockets/slots are used, outside pockets become difficult to use and renders the entire (small) bag useless.If you have several prescriptions and supplements as I do, this bag is not for you, do not buy, you will be disappointed!It is advertised on Amazon’s site as a medicine organizer and I still have several prescriptions and supplements that I have to carry around in a grocery shopping bag. I’m totally unsatisfied with this item and do not recommend it as advertised!

This bag (only) is perfect for building an emergency off-road kit, great quality and lots of pockets, highly recommend!
