I use my air fryer all the time and had seen this book at the library. Ordered a used copy from Bookman's Exchange, a seller on Amazon. Book was rated as in "good" condition and I was pleasantly surprised when the book came and I found it to be in very good condition. Cookbook has color photos for every recipe and I found the ones I have used so far to be accurate for my air fryer. I have tweaked one or two just a little, but that is not unusual with recipes. I recommend this cookbook and also this Amazon seller.

I use this book as a guide only as there are many airfryers on the market and they are all different yet the principle is the same. Many of these recipes I believe are written for an actual airfry oven/range. A pampered chef or similar counter top air fryer could not accommodate many of these recipes. So I use the recipes as a guide only for what I could make on a smaller scale as well as for temperatures and times.I like that every recipe has a picture …. BONUS.I just wish the book would say what airfryer the recipe was meant for, or at least the size of the airfryer. Some have baskets, some have trays, some have agitators, etc.

With some trepidation we purchased a Breville air fryer oven.Once we realised the versatility of air frying, we began to look for recipe ideas. This book has turned out to an absolute encyclopedia of ideas. from simple snacks and nibbles to main meals - there's something for any occasion. Well written and illustrated , this book is a winner.

I have several air fryer Cookbooks and this is by far my favorite. Wide range of good, easy to make recipes. Highly recommend.
