great book for adults and children ,full of fantastic facts

My daughter was feeling a little lost after reading the last book of the Harry Potter series. So we watched the movies... but then she was a little lost again :-) These books are great for Potter Heads that wants to keep nurturing their passion after reading the books and watching the movies.It contains a lot of goodies and little anecdotes that my daughter has loved to read and repeat at dinner for entertainment.Note however that the first half of this Volume 1 book is about Fantastic beasts and not Harry Potter which can be misleading if expectation are not correctly set.

The book "J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World: Movie Magic Volume one" by Jody Revenson was a very interesting book. This book is not a Harry Potter book. This is a non-fiction book. I personally found this book very interesting.I find this book interesting because of what it is. There is things about how the "Harry potter" films and "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" movie where made and how they decided how the characters should be portrayed. The book also contains, little things you could collect as a Harry Potter fan. For example on page 87 there is a note that Lily Potter wrote to Sirius Black. On Page 86 it shows sketches of what Sirius would look like and tells the reader a little bit about him. Revenson does this with most of the main characters, even those that are not the fan favorites like Professor Umbridge. I think the type of people who may want to look into this book are people that like the Harry potter series as a whole, like the books and movies together. This Book is actually set up into two parts. Part one is "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" and part two is "Harry Potter." One thing I do not really like in part one is that they focus a lot more on the characters and the actors then the set and movie itself. Overall this book would be great for people who like film making or just like the series and I defiantly recommend it. I really like how interactive the book is and how much you learn about what goes into many peoples favorite series and putting it to life.In conclusion the book is really well written and organized. It has a lot of cool facts on the movies, characters and actors. It also has details about the set and i would defiantly recommend reading this entire series if you like or are interested in these type of things or just like harry potter in general. there is defiantly a lot that goes into these movies to make the book come to life for some people, and it explains why so much was left out of the movies. But warning if you have not read or seen Harry Potter or Fantastic Beasts and Where to Them i suggest you do that first so you can be more engaged in the book.

En mi opinión este libro es una muy buena compra para todos los fans de la saga de "Harry Potter" y la saga de "Animales Fantásticos y Donde Encontrarlos". Por el precio que tiene me parece un muy buen libro porque incluye mucha información adicional de las sagas y varios complementos interactivos típicos de los libros de esta clase. En mi opinión es un libro que todo fan de las dos sagas de vería tener.
