Eye-opening book
What an eye-opening book. I guess we don't really have a clue what we have been putting into our bodies.I like that the author backs up every fact with the corresponding scientific study. He clearly has done a lot of research on this subject.I even bought a copy for my mom and recommend it every time I get a chance, provided I find people who are actually open-minded enough to listen.I can only recommend that you read this book. Your body will thank you, as mine is already doing.

To know what is good and bad food for me?
What I like the book is all about facts and case sturdies about Wheat!What is stated I tried it out and it actually works. I became healthier and looks young!

je connaissais les méfaits du Gluten pour y être sensible, avoir potentiellement Leaky Gut. toutes les infos que j'ai entendu y sont, l'histoire de la transformation/sélection du blé, l'addiction du gluten, les différentes amyloses qui font monter la glycémie, etc...y donne même des recettes pour transitionner, je l'ai aussi offert a une personne qui soufre de Fibromyalgie et dont l'enfant a des problèmes de comportements. Y a aussi les recherches sur les Schizophréniques, etc..franchement pas decu!a lire avec Zapped de Gittleman, et Jack Kruse l'epi paleo diet et le blog de Kruse qui recommande ce bouquin

feeling better wheat free
Great book. I was drawn to the health benefits of going wheat and gluten free.....and it works! Nice to lose weight too :)
