Mainstays 6" Tufted Futon Mattress, Multiple Colors

Based off of the pictures provided I thought I was purchasing a full futon set with frame and mattress I bought two of them and come to find out that it was only the mattresses not the futon frames which wasn't very clearly stated in the description and was very misleading and I could have gotten two futons for almost the same price maybe $40 more ithat included everything now I'm stuck with two mattresses on the floor.

I should have chosen another futon mattress for just a little more money. There is no way anyone could sleep comfortably on this. If it weren't such a hassle, I'd return it. When I sat down, I felt the bars of the frame right through this thin, cheap mattress. I can't imagine how flat it will be after a few weeks. Luckily, I have a big piece of dense foam rubber that is about the right size, so I'll add that underneath. Disappointed, but Caveat Emptor.....spend the $ and get something better. The only reason it gets two stars is for fast delivery and easy unpacking.

I like that it is comfortable, but the banding seems to have permanently displaced the padding. Nothing helps get it back in the proper shape. Also fabric is very loose and appears to big for the filling. Very disappointed

Well from what i've seen from other customer reviews the biggest issues are delivery, however, my order came the next day, yet it wasn't what i wanted. At first I was furious when it looked as if i was going to be charged to to return it. Luckily, that wasn't the case, they were swift in correcting the matter. I must say to those still waiting for delivery, the product is really nice I just needed more. I think you'll find it was worth the wait. Once upon A Time gets decent rating for customer service from me today. It'll probably be higher if the return of my funds is just as swift lol Really good for them that they have quality products.

For being the cheapest mattress I could, it delivers.I’ve only used it in the ‘couch’ position but I’ve both sat on it and napped on it several times over the past month. I’m a big guy and found it to be sufficiently thick, supporting, and comfortable. Can’t feel the steel frame under it.I’d buy this again.

I like that I put it on my foot on it fit perfectly and that's for my overnight guests go so it's not super super comfortable but just enough for them to stay one or two nights and then they go back to their own house LOL

So It was not clear when I purchased this product I thought I was getting a futon frame and all and it came and was only the mattress then I still have a message in my sent stuff that says the warranty will be sent it is just late how do I register for the warranty so I can atleast do that

Was upset that was on the air mattress I don't know how I didn't catch that. When I got it it was very Lumpy. I would not recommend.
