I wanted to celebrate my birthday by cooking out. Part of this was yakatori, grilled chicken. These skewers were great. They accurately pierced the chicken and onions. Because I soaked the skewers in water, they did not burn up and my yakatori was a success! Ordered a large quantity because I'm planning more meals just like these. Because they are bamboo they are a renewable resource and will naturally breakdown returning to the environment. Recommend these. I could have used the 6 inch but am rather glad I went with the 8 inch because of the natural slope of my grill keeping the grilling yakatori over the live coals and the "handles" cool enough to flip and serve without gloves or tongs. Enjoy!

Great quality and uniformity for the price. Held up well with breaded pork cubes (city chicken) in the oven @ 350°. Make sure you soak skewers in water before using with heat. Will be using with fruit for Easter!

Great quality as described. I already used them to make kabobs and it worked perfect. Don’t forget to leave in hot water for Atleast 20mins before using. I can’t wait to use them for fruit arrangements.

These are a good size skewer, the same length as a dollar bill, not too thick. Great for grilling, but soak them first so they don't char.
