Daily Food Journal (with removable cover band) Diary – Day to Day Calendar, October 22, 2015

This is very easy to use. It tracks meals, snacks, water and exercise. It fits nicely into my bag. It's just what I wanted!

Perfect book for daily monitoring and documenting what you eat. Easy to keep in your purse as well. The band for holding pages is a plus, love that touch. I love the outer print of what the book is. My doctor will like seeing I am following my healthy lifestyle plan. And even know if I took a day to cheat. Excellent book, great price.

I used this daily, recording calories. I haven't done any analysis, but it is very useful in recording, summing up calories, and managing my intake and weight loss.

I'm not using this for weight loss but for monitoring food sensitivity/intolerance. It's the perfect size, not too big. Hardcover, good quality, good amount of pages. Easy 2 page layout per day. Great price. Elastic band and ribbon to save the page.

What I like: The tables are simple. I really like that I can check off the amounts of water, fruits, and vegetables I eat. Being someone who hates vegetables, at least by checking off the vegetables, I’ll know if I really have to eat more or not. I like that it has a ribbon attached to mark the page. I like that there’s only two pages with writing on it, and the rest of the book is food tracking.I don’t like: How small it is. It’s shorter than a bottle of water, and almost the same size as a normal sized ink pen. I guess I thought it would be a tab bigger.

I love this food journal. This is my 3rd purchase.

Just what I wanted.

Love it! Works very well for me. I need to track track my diet since I am a diabetic and also trying to lose some weight. I found it easy to adjust the columns to fit my needs when necessary and lots of extra room for entries and notes. I've already ordered a second even tho I've used up less than half the space of the first.
