I used it on both my kids who constantly goes in/out of being constipated, esp after we travel. They get poop-shy and wind up constipated. We’d add fiber to their liquids but sometimes they need an enema to unplug the hard pebbles blocking their anus. This is the cheapest price I’ve bought it at.
