Cable is a little thinner than I expected but also makes it really easy to work with and I was able to hard wire 2 different PCs on different sides of the room from my hub being in the middle of the room. So at the end of the day it was a great buy for me.

(Item: Cables Direct Online Snagless Cat5e Ethernet Network Patch Cable White 75 Feet)Ran this ethernet cable between our modem and a DVR-based security system to give us online viewing of our cameras. The camera system was not POE. Cat5e was more than fast enough for this device so, we didn't need to spend more on Cat6e or Cat7. We did need a longer length as the DVR was almost 2 rooms away. This cable transmits perfectly over its 75ft length.Quality of the cable is good. It's not as thick/robust as an outdoor-rated cable. But I wouldn't hesitate to use this on a balcony or in an open garage setting as long as the cable isn't exposed to direct sunlight. Connectors snapped firmly into each device and we've had no signal drops/connectivity issues. Great cable at a very competitive price point ($13 at the time of the review).

Great quick fix.
I work from home and new job requires my laptop be hardwired, no wifi. Since my modem is in a very inconvenient location not suitable for a desk, I’m able to run this cable to my office to work until a permanent cable is installed. Quick and cheap fix meanwhile.
