These little bear shaped gummies are easy to chew and taste well. I have no side effects from them, just less joint pain. I am taking 1 daily with breakfast so far and for over 30 days. I may add a 2nd gummy daily soon.. I have been concerned with taking as much Tumeric as would be in 2 gummies. In the past when taking Tumeric (but not sure of mg then) I had nosebleed when leaning over. I do seem to have less joint pain and am now only taking 1 Celebrex capsule. I was taking 2 of those daily. If I drop the 2nd Celebrex. I will start taking 2 gummies daily. I am 72 yearsyoung and have basic osteoarthritis. Some hand & knee pain. But the Celebrex & these gummies have been a help to reduce my pain. I do highly recommend and will continue to take these gummies.

While I see they added a bunch of other ingredients like apple, beets and pomegranates I don't mind at all. I am over the moon excited about these. I got these to help with weight and it not only helped with losing weight fast it also alleviated all my back pain. I have been going to Dr. for pain management and getting injections and nothing has helped until these gummies. It has taken it all the pain away. Something the Dr. has not been able to do. The seal on both the containers I received is broken making the gummies rock hard. This happened once before and I thought it was a fluke but this is not right!

I was surprised by the good flavor, they are a bit chewy like a regular gummy, I have lost an inch overall so far in 2 weeks! I will admit I do take them 2 times a day and this has proven more effective for me personally.
