bad purchase
we try to set the right temperature and it only works one at a time, we try to read the manual to understand it, now it is there unused and taking place I know that it is many more than 30 days warranty, I wanted to sell it cost me $159.99, but now only $29.99, I ask so poor quality is that they went down more than 100% , I know there's no right to complain, how bad VEVOR.

This machine cuts my time in half by having two cups pressing and you can press at different times

Everthing I hoped for-almost
update 6/2021 downrated to two stars -against what is clearly stated in the documentation, spare silicon wraps are not aprovided for free and not available ANYWHERE!. Vevor ignored my direct calls and finally offered me a discount on something else and I got a small refund on this unit after the 11oz silicon sleeve tore. I'm on the last one now, but I guess I can still make shot glasses with this when this sleeve lets go.my original thoughts on this product still stand. vevor products are similar to cheap tools, you can't get a jack repair kit from those cheap companies that always offer coupons, so when it lets go, its done. But in the meantime, a working floor jack is just that.------------------frankly speaking, unless you go with the top of the line models, these cheap mug presses are throw away items . Ignoring this spares problem, the unit has already paid for itself and I'm ready to have my husband fabricate replacement silicon sleeves from a similar looking silicon mug wrap. Its easy to go cheap when buying a mug press, or go right to the top line product. The Vevor press has a couple of unique features, one of them being responsive customer service on my inquires. The only down side is that I didn't consider the clamshell design preventing taller items from fitting, but I didn't buy it for that. Just getting into he coffee cup biz for now. If I want to do larger tumblers, I'll simply buy a different unit.I run it on top of my kitchen range to allow the range hood exhaust fan to deal with the fumes, and you should do the same or use it in isolated area. Default setting are good and it remembers the last setting even after its unplugged. Shame its unavailable for a while, I high recommend this for sublimation novices. Its pretty midrange with the cheapies going for $70 and the top line american made stuff selling for over $500It included a decent pair of heat resistant gloves, which are a must, the cups come out VERY hotThe documentation was a bit thin, but there are dozens of you tube video on how the process worksI've already started making mugs for my family for presents for the holiday season this year !

bad quality product
It doesn’t sublimate all of the mug and the edges that not fully sublimated I wasted a good amount of mugs to know I should return this.
