Good, solid faucet
I am pleased with this unit. The handles are solid and the faucet (brass pipe connections) were heavy duty and have a good on/off action. The shower head and tub spout are a bit lighter material than the handles but good. I would buy it again for another bathroom.

Broke already
I did a bathroom remodel and bought this set a while back. Return window closed and barely put bathroom to use. Shower head broke already

Doesn't fit
The product looks exactly to the one I have in my bathroom but it doesn't fit. It seems I missed the window to return it because I was out of the country, so now it's completely useless to me. Wasted $110.

the only problem was the threads on the spout are ...
the only problem was the threads on the spout are coated with the nickel plating and made it really hard to get the spout on

After 2 years, having issues with low water flow on both hot and cold. Removed the diverter and discovered the rubber boot at the end of the diverter stem was torn. Called the company to see if or where I can get the rubber boot. They said they usually do not sell their product outside of the US. Fortunately they are sending the complete diverter stem, the bad part is they are based out of California.
