Awesome product but know your situation
If your sinuses are plugged up this will (most likely) get you going again. The wife LOVES this thing. I have an extremely deviated septum so it doesn't work for me. But aside from that it works great. Bit weird to get used to though

Doesn't really have the most elaborate instructions. This product did help my sinuses a little bit until I performed the procedure wrong causing water to shoot into my head. Now that really messed up my sinuses, but it was solely due to operator error.
