Q: I am confused. Exactly how many packets are there. 50 (in description 50 per box) or 300?

There is 300 packets in total and in each box is 50 packets so there is 6 boxes total adding up to 300 packets in total. Does that make sense?

Q: Whats the expiration date?

Can't say I've ever looked as we don't have it around long enough to matter. Just checked to date on a box we just got and the expiration date is December 2019. Got it a couple of months ago.

Q: Is one packet used to make one cup? how many ounces does it make?

The "Directions", on the amazon description page, state adding 6-8 oz of water to one packet. Personally, I use one packet, add powdered cream, 1 french vanilla individual creamer, and some ½ & ½ creamer, stir, then add 10 oz of coffee to make a cafe' Mocca.
