I've only had it for about a week or so but setting it up and folding it away only takes about a minute, it does exactly what it says it does and is very convenient. Realigning the pad is straightforward and pausing/resuming is very quick and convenient, especially as someone who uses it primarily whilst gaming.The only two downsides are:1) Very heavy: It weighs over 30kgs and hence neither my sister nor mother feel comfortable moving it around to set it up. It does have wheels on the back but if you're trying to prop it up somewhere or get through a carpet, you may have to lift in some parts and it can be quite a hassle if you're not comfortable with heavy lifts.2) The arm bars need to be pulled out both for walk and run mode (left on the floor at walk mode though). Pulling them out isn't too bad but it's quite hard to push them back in. Seems like you need to get the sweet spot angle or it'll be a clunky experience of wiggling it to get it back down.Both of the downsides are minor at best and everything else is great. As an extra note, to unlock a walk speed faster than 3km/h, you need to walk on it for at least a km. Afterwards, you'll be able to raise the walk speed to 6km from them onwards. Once the 6km/h is unlocked, it's unlocked forever.

It is a very powerful machine. I can walk, brisk walk and jog on it. And it is very easy to stow away albeit a bit heavy but manageable. Also it requires very little when storing. The staff are also wonderful to deal with, very informative and helpful with my queries. I love this machine...

استلمت المنتج اليوم و قمت بتجربتهوبعد تثبيت التطبيق بالهاتف لم اتوقع اداء الجاهز بالمستوى فوق المتوقع.قمت بالمشي عليه لمدة نصف ساعة و بعدها قمت بالجري لمدة ٥ دقائق.اداء الجهاز رائع و انصح به كذلك سرعة التوصيل ممتازة.جزيل الشكر لشركة امازون و العاملين فيها

Great for home use and light jogging.

Purchased JogPad-5 Gone faulty in 10 months and requested for service team to check and rectify. Service Team has checked the unit and observed PCB needs to be replaced and now one month gone no response from customer support. Calling Customer Support on daily basis and no response/ calls are not answered.
