Eu achava q ia ler muito sobre a vida do Taro, como uma biografia, mas acabei lendo muito mas MUITO sobre todos os jogos dele, seus enredos, significados e conexões. O que foi perfeito, pq seus jogos são notórios por simbolismo complexo de se interpretar. 10/10. Só a capa dura e sua arte q são de qualidade aquem.

A good book if you're interested in how Nier's timeline and Yokoverse came to be. Ignore the review about the huge scratch on the cover, that's literally the book's design

Great overview of the origin, history and themes of the games. Given that especially the drakengard games didn't age (and probably never were) that well gameplaywise, reading this book was even more worthwhile.

I thought his name was Yoko Taro. That's how I always heard it in the gaming world. Is there a way you're supposed to write the names of Japanese people that I'm not aware of? For example, if I was writing a book about Yoko Ono, would I call it "The life & Times of Ono Yoko"?
