Q: Are there any plastic moving parts in the pump? Those always seem to fail on the other brands. Looking for all metal pump design.

Some external parts are plastic; I don't know about the inner workings of the pump. I suggest contacting the manufacturer. We have not had ours long enough to know if internal parts will fail; I can say we have been happy with the cleaning power, maneuverability, and overall design of this power washer. One change I made was to anchor the interchangeable nozzles to the storage caddy with duct tape since one was a little loose. I'll likely change to a small bag to hang the parts in once I get really organized about it. :)

Q: can you run bleach through it

I would apply the bleach with a pump sprayer and then pressure wash.
