Great product to use around the house. Easy to use, and exceptionally powerful. Makes vacuuming a lot more fun

Powerful suction, attachments for everything, it's quite heavy but in a good way. You feel like your from the future when vacuuming, like out of a sci-fi movie especially because of the sound it makes when you release the trigger. Even has a digital screen that gives you the vitals. Very well designed overall especially moving from the ball version we had before which was bulky and bits broke quite quickly. With this you can get to all the hard to reach places with ease. It's pricey, but if you have your eye on one of these already, then i say pull the trigger.

After using it 5x times its already broken. It doesnt work so I would not recommend to buy from here. I still have the garantie so i want to return the damaged one

Extremely satisfied with this purchase. The vaccum is light and feels solid in hand. Suction power is excellent (the amount of gunk we pulled from our "clean" carpet in seconds made me question if our old vaccum (a high end Philips vaccum) work at all... It's also very good with cat litter and hair and gives you a very satisfying feeling when you see that dirt bin fill up as quickly as it does. Higglt recommended.

Very practical

1- The machine main body is made from acrylic which mean you should be extra carful 2- the capacity of Dust container is small 3- battery will last for 30-40 minutes only unlike what they say that it will be 60 minutes 4- while charging will take up to 3-4 hours!! 5- whin use full sucking strength, it can be difficult to move

Superb product! Only exception is that V11 trigger had stopped working, luckily that has been within the warranty period ... and the Dubai service center has also replaced it free ... but I am worried, I wonder how long will the new Trigger last That remains to be seen
