Q: can it be used on front landing gear for a toy hauler( 13,500lbs) ??

If you know that it fits the footprint of the landing gear you can try it. Presumably the foot of the landing gear is spec’d to handle the down pressure of the rig. Also that won’t be 13,500 pounds but something a lot more manageable. If the jack pad fits the landing gear it’s going to significantly reduce the ground pressure, pounds per square inch, by increasing the square inches. The pad is made of HDPE with a grid structure and it would take a phenomenal effort to damage it.
