I started looking for an alternative to flour due to my diabetes. I’m not a constant bread eater but I wanted more choices when I started my new Keto diet plan. First I must say you get a great amount for the price. I have purchased other almond flours and there was no comparison! I loved that it was blanched it was not extremely course. This aspect makes it easy to use in many recipes! After using this almond flour, I don’t see myself needing anything else!

The quality of Kirkland almond meal was excellent and particularly for the price. It arrived promptly and I definitely recommend this product.

Muy buena calidad, y bastante producto, lo que hace que valga la pena por sobre otras harinas que son más caras porque traen 500 gr. Mis galletas especialmente quedan súper deliciosas, excelente sabor y textura. Este es el segundo producto que compro. También la ocupo para hornear panqués, mezclándola con algo de harina de trigo. Supongo que también puede usarse sola, pero son demasiadas calorías. ¡Deliciosa!

What I liked most about this product was the end result in making biscuits. They were tender and delicious: ideal for topping a pot pie or on their own. When out of the oven very tender. Next day, after being kept in the fridge, the biscuits were ideal for sandwiches or on their own. This product did not result in a heavy, dense product. Loved it!
