Sturdy and well made, feels solid in my hand. Closed loop handle ensures I won't drop, I hate that other manufactures have switched to the open loop hook like handle. Measures perfectly. No chance the measuring lines are going to fade, they're made from the glass in raised relief. I'm VERY impressed with this product. Even though the cost is more than other manufacturers, it is well worth the cost. This will last for a lifetime and possibly longer.

I love the design of the measurements are part of the glass and not stamped on. most of my Pyrex/glass cups measurements have washed off in the dishwasher making them unusable for their actual function of measuring.

So the bold headline uses terms such as Jugs and Cups. The pictures so 2 cups a 1 cup and a 2 cup. It comes with one cup. for $25 you get one - 1cup measuring cup. You must read the fine print.The cup itself is fine.Update:Customer service was great

Shipping and delivery as well as product as expected. This type of measuring cup is great because the numbers do not wash off.

This item arrived shattered so it's pretty useless. My original review was rejected because I talked about packaging instead of the item... Hard to talk about the item when I didn't actually receive one! If you're looking for a thousand glass shards, order this item.

I ordered a 1-cup measurer and a 2-cup measurer. The glass was embossed like I had wanted, but when I verified the measurement markers, the 2-cup one did not measure correctly. When I requested a refund I had to negotiate with the seller to receive a full refund. Twice they tried to refund me only a portion of the price I paid which was ridiculous.

My new-ish measuring cup had red numbers and lines printed on it, but they did not hold up in the dishwasher. This measuring cup will not have that problem! Everything is raised and easy to read. Hurray!
