They’re alright but not recommended if high intensity training.
This is my second pair last pair lasted for almost an year but this pair didn’t last much only a couple of months so if lift heavy weights or do high intensity workouts I won’t recommend them.1 thing i do like about them is wrist support that’s why i bought them the second time.Will probably get some other next time.

I usually wear medium but appears large would've been better. Nice glove. Really wanted to keep it but the size was too small.
