Will come as right size, may seem small but that is needed to work properly. Also I find it supported my back pretty well, didn’t have any pain sitting down either. I have not worn it long enough to say what it results in.

A really good quality product and does exactly what it states without riding up or causing any red marks to skin, I’d estimate you loose approximately 2 inches off the waist once it’s on!However, please note:It’s very difficult to get into with many many hooks and eyes (if you suffered from arthritis etc you’d need some help I’d imagine) and, as you’d expect (as it actually works), once in it you can barely move!!! I mean to the point where you have to bend at the knee to pick things up as you cannot bend in the middle with it on that’s for sure! It’s tight tight tight!I was “aware” of it all day when I wore it to a recent wedding, it isn’t a garment that improves with time!I didn’t size down, order to your usual size.

It’s an amazing waist shaper so comfortable ,no bulges and for the price it’s an unbelievable bargain .I am a size 12 and I got a large which was waist 28 to 31ins ,I was in too minds and actually wanted to order the medium which what I should have done since I had to put it on the last set of hooks .You can see from my video that it fits well but I could have a tighter fit so I’m going to buy the smaller size .I recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a good waist shaper/trainer because the quality and fit is brilliant.💯👍🏻

I mainly bought this to try and improve my posture, but of course there was the secondary reason of wanting to pull my belly in a bit and smooth everything out.It was great for the first week, the structure was great, really kept me in place and promoted good posture. After wearing it for a few weeks though the boning and structure of it just buckled in on itself. It got to a point I could easily slouch, and it would just bend in ways that gave you weird little lumps and bumps even if you just slouched slightly so it no longer worked for either of the two things I bought it for. I would have continued to wear it just to smooth me out a tiny bit if it could be worn under tops/dresses without seeing it but the front closure is very noticeable so it's just kind of useless all around. I ended up getting a refund.

The product it self was very good but the size is to small for me.

I love this product as it's comfortable yet it would give your body amazing support the size is true to your size so i would say go for your actual size. I have tried it for a month and im already down to the tightest after c section with twins so i need to buy a size down but i don't mind it as i can see results obv im dieting too not so much exercises but moderate i would say and im loving it already. No skin rash or irritation either so ladies don't even doubt this amazing product
