Love it, but a bit pricey

Very well made power plate for home use. You can feel the vibration from head to toe... even on lowest setting. Does not take up much space. Have not used this item long enough to make a determination on how well it has helped my current health problem. Hopefully, with regular use ... I will be able to post an updated review..

Awesome machine, bought it for my husband for his birthday and he uses it everyday before he goes to the gym. Great purchase!

I bought directly from Power Plate. After trying it for a couple of days, I realized that it makes by back hurt terribly and contacted Power Plate to inquire about a return. They quoted me a $150 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. I can understand the shipping fee bc this thing is large and heavy, but the restocking fee is just a scam in my opinion. Terrible customer service. If I would have known about the restocking fee I never would have ordered it. If you have joint and disc issues,do not get this as it is very bad in sore joints. It is also massive so you will need plenty of floor space for it. Bad purchase, imo.

This only weighs 90 lbs - so it is portable if you have a dolly and a strong helper. I have a Pro5 also because I use it several hours a day to help reduce tight muscles associated with my neurological condition. I use it over and over at 9 minutes on high amplitude. (9 min is the most it will do before you restart it). I only have to press a button 6 times to set it up. With the pro 5, I have to press buttons 36 times. This model remembers your settings for the next time if you don’t turn it off. The Pro 5 only remembers your settings for about a minute. This has high and low amplitude. This is the kind that raises the entire platform at the same time. Cheap models are kind of like a teeter totter - one side raises up and then the next - useless for my needs.One of the reviews said something about not being able to sit on the machine. I have no problem with being able to sit on it. In fact, sometimes I sit on hard rubber ball on top of the machine to massage my glutes.
