I love this thing. It's so odd, but the designer clearly really applied his mind during the design. It looks as if it's going to bend when you use it, but it's surprisingly sturdy and it scoops out the marrow clean even where I think it won't. I'm enjoying it a lot.

I like eating the bone marrow of mutton and this is a must-have in the kitchen for meat-eaters like myself

This was really the only marrow spoon that I could find. It is of high quality & is solidly made. The large side (width = 2.1 cm) is great for Osso Bucco bones, while the opposite end (width = 1 cm) will fit smaller bones, though I would have liked it a little bit narrower.

We wanted the spoons for ossobucco dishes. With these spoons, we can finally cook the marrow bones in style again. Wonderful! We are very happy!
