Applying this Bossman beard jelly after a beard wash boy makes you feel like a bossman. Smells just right imo. One’s that caught a whiff, complimented. Not overly oily and I’m finding that I don’t need too much to achieve that moisturizing conditioning balance of softness. My go to for special occasions. But, can be used any time, anywhere really. Doesn’t leave any sticky residue either. I recommend it!

I tried this beard oil (Vetiver X scent) a couple months ago and I just bought my 2nd bottle (although I'm not quite done with the first bottle). I like that you can apply it by spreading it on a comb and then working it through your beard, rather than having to use your hands to work it in. I'm not sure if the jelly aspect makes it any more effective, but I think it's a lot easier to tell how much you're using each time without resorting to counting drops from a dropper, and I've had good luck getting my beard to tidy up while using it. About the scent - I think the scent is prominent at first, but nobody has mentioned it being too strong. My wife has a sensitive nose for perfumes, etc., and she has had no complaints, which I consider a significant victory - I've thrown away a fair number of products over the years because they were too much for her.

My husband likes the beard balm and it works good. However, he wishes the balm would soften up more. He applies the balm at night and in the morning.
