I've been using these in place of cotton balls for toner and makeup removal. I don't feel that they soak up too much of my products (no more than a cotton ball anyway). They have been taking 2 cycles in the dryer to fully dry, which for me isn't a big deal bc I do all my laundry in one day so they can just stay in. If you do smaller loads the dry time could've be inconvenient. Eye makeup doesn't wash out of them well, although it did go away after 2 or 3 washes. They are great at removing eye makeup though, some cloths that I've tried just kinda smears the makeup over on to my face, these take it clean off. The wood container they came with is actually really nice, I honestly expected it to be kinda rough and flimsy but I like it a lot!

I’ve been trying to reduce my waste and use more sustainable products. I bought these reusable pads a couple of weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! They work very well, are softer than I was expecting, and wash up in the laundry bag beautifully. Love the bamboo container, also. It looks good and the slot in the side makes it easy to get all the pads out of it. Over time it will pay for itself and all those cotton rounds won’t end up in a landfill. I would definitely recommend these to others. Excellent customer service.

I would give these 5 stars except for the fact that (especially after washing a few times) they are just a bit out of round & so don’t quite fit right into the container, which bothers my OCD a bit.I love the container! I love the rounds! They are super easy to wash. I throw them into the sanitary cycle with our towels, sheets, & masks, then into the dryer with them, too. They don’t dry as quickly as the towels & sheets, so I do take them out of the wash bag, spread them out, & let them finish drying.The wash bag they come with isn’t very big & I don’t trust it to let them all get clean in the wash because they’re too tightly packed into the bag, so I just use a larger bag for them (like a bra bag). I only do laundry once a week & use 2 pads a day (1 for AM & 1 for PM).I don’t use these for makeup removal because I don’t wear makeup every day. I use them for toner application & they work great for that!All in all, these are awesome!

I am the kind of person who always forgets my reusable grocery bags. I wondered if I would actually remember to wash these things, or run out and revert to disposable cotton pads. Well, surprisingly, I DO remember to use them. Why? 1) There are a ton of pads included (I typically use 2 per day) I have not run out between washings yet. Amazing for me! ) A little mesh wash bag is included. So just stick your used ones in there. So convenient. 3) Perhaps most importantly, the bamboo storage container looks so cute and spa like on my sink. I feel like I am doing a little pampering when I open the lid for my skincare routine. Hooray! A successful random Amazon beauty purchase. Go me!

They're kind of rough on my skin - not great for trying to remove eye makeup or anything stubborn. I feel like I really have to scrub. I now mostly use them to apply toner, which works pretty well. But they don't entirely replace disposable cotton pads, which is what I was hoping for.Also, if you put a bunch of dirty ones in the mesh bag, they won't get clean (maybe it would work if there were only a few in there). I tossed a bunch in the wash just loose and they did get clean, but it's a pain to retrieve them all and I keep finding them stuck to other clothes, lol. A good idea but not great execution! The bamboo case is really nice, though.
