Excellent product. Easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. There a few reviews claiming that they were unable to connect the tubes together. Apparently, they did not pay attention to the extremely tiny side screw that needs to be loosened before trying to connect the tubes. I have two 27” monitors that I could mount and position perfectly well on this stand. International shipment arrived more that a week ahead of expected delivery. I am buying one more.

The arm itself is nice and as described but all the cable management clips are missing. In the manual they list 2 clips for the middle "pipe" and 4 clips for the arms and they are all missing. Because of that they only receive 3 and not 5 stars

I work on three laptops during the day. Ok, I work on two, for two companies, and stream or shop on a 3rd. I bought two of these mounts to place on stands over laptops to streamline my home workspace. They were $26.99 each after $3 coupon, sold by Wali Electric, shipped by Amazon. My first thought when ordering was I hope this are heavy enough to not tip if bumped. My thoughts when receiving were oh these are really heavy, awesome. Oh my god, this is so many parts, that is intimidating. Well, this isn't bad, the manual is clear, all the parts labeled, and I don't need half of them. Do you really need to use a different size hex key for each different bolt, come on, is that really necessary? Ok, these are awesome. I love them. I am an out of shape female computer geek in my 40s, with carpal tunnel syndrome, who isn't that handy. It wasn't hard, there are extra parts as it can fit different set ups, has different bases etc. What I liked were the cable guides, how solid and sturdy it feels, and it has a good manual. What I didn't like is I still think all the different hex keys is extreme. First part is screwing 2 poles together, they are threaded, then have a tiny bolt to lock it so they can't spin loose. The second one I had to rotate a bit to find the spot where they started threading together. I am not sure if the two units were threaded differently somehow or if I just got lucky on the first. Next is 3 bolts to screw the base to the shaft. Slide down a cable guide, a mounting bracket, cable guide, mounting bracket. Screw the plates to the monitors. Tighten the brackets, slide the monitors down, then get the brackets really tight so they don't slide. The final tightening of the brackets were the only hard part. It just required enough hand strength to be uncomfortable to me. I used them until my husband got home, then had him tighten those bolts a little more just to make sure they were really secure. Anyone should be able to assemble this, it wasn't hard, and it didn't require that much strength. However, if you know you have a serious deficit in hand and wrist strength, the last bolt to tighten the bracket could be a challenge. Overall, I really love these. Edit 12/8/21. closing in on 6 months, Love them even more. they are exactly as I installed them, still sturdy as heck, make my job much easier, and leave me space to do christmas crafts and wrapping presents during my meetings. If I ever need to break them down, I might have a problem as I have no idea were I put all the hex keys but I will just give husband that task lol. edit to add 11/6/22 now a year and a half later, never had to retighten, my cats run all around my desk, never once worried they'd knock anything over and they never have. Everything is still solid as a rock. And I still very much love this purchase.
