Purchased for my wife’s birthday. She loves it. It’s an 8-day with cuckoo and dancers to music on the hour. Single cuckoo on the 1/2 hour.It was packaged extremely well.Good instructions for setting it up to run. Initially it would not keep running for more than 20 seconds. Finally I discovered the hook to which the pendulum attaches was not attached correctly inside the clock. Once I attached it correctly and place the pendulum it worked as it should. Over the next few days I was able to easily adjust the pendulum for accurate time keeping.We love this clock. Please note that it is larger and heavier than most cuckoos.

I received this beautiful clock one day early and it arrived in great shape with no damage. It is displayed on my wall. and running very well. It is very sensitive and has to be positioned just perfectly or it will stop. It was packed very well. I would highly recommend this clock company. Thanks so much! AAAA+++++

Very nice, large, and heavy clock!. Initially, the door would not close for the cuckoo but that disappearedd after a few days. Disregard comments from sellers-1. There are no dancers, figures only, 2-There is no melody on the half hour. As priced by selllers-rediculous-471 from Amazon makes sense.

Love the clock. Would give it a 5 if I had received instructions. Would like to know how to get the Cuckoo and music to work

I purchased a clock similar to this one in the Black Forest over 30 years ago. It finally died so I ordered this one - it arrived with several pieces broken so I sent it back. Also don’t come with an instruction manual, so trying to assemble it was like completing a puzzle. I sent it back but would like to have one. Might try ordering it again hopeing for a better experience. Vendor suggested using a nail gun to assemble - don’t have one

Cuckoo clock. Came boxed perfectly. Hung on the wall. Used a yardstick against side of clock hanging down and visually leveled. Started clock without any other adjustments. Running real close to accurate. Cuckoo door does not close all the way. Read where another user mentioned the same thing, but his eventually started working. I will have to see if mine will start closing soon.

My original cuckoo clock stopped working and I was unable to get it repaired. This is a beautiful replacement. Arrived as specified with great instructions.
