What a fabulous little stand. Maximum height not quite as stated (73cm v's 80cm stated) but that's ok as long as that max isn't critical for you. Quite lightweight, so care must be taken with positioning as once there's a flash head on it becomes a little top heavy and easily knocked over - but great for a small kicker light. Overall a great little stand.

These are very light in build and quite flimsy. However, I bought these to use at the lowest height for lighting a back wall from low, and these are suitable for that. I do use studio strobe Monos with these and down low I feel the lighting is fairly safe. Definitely would not extend these to height with my strobes on them they are way too top heavy. I don't expect these to last very long but for the price they are ok.

These small tripod are well made for the price. Work as they should easy to carry around in a small bag ( shame they didn’t come in one)I do event photography / video filming for living. When my subject is sitting on the floor /low level or working with kids. These are perfect tripods to give my subject a perfect light.

I have used these on the table for product images or on the floor for lighting a train from a background. These are super compact and handy where you don't need the height of conventional lighting stands.

They're fine, but too small for my. All my own fault. Kept them anyway as I can use them for table-top work with a 'product tent'
