For those who wrote negative reviews, they just didn't know how to use it. I am fair skinned and blonde hair. Which means I have blonde lashes as well. This makes it hard to find eyebrow makeup that looks natural. With the sealant, I use taupe colored powdered eyeshadow for my eyebrows. I simply put a drop of sealant into the shadow and with my eyebrow brush, brush it on my eyebrows. As it drys, it stays on until I wash it off at the end of the day. It works great for natural looking eyeliner also. For evening wear, I put a drop into my eyeshadow and it makes the eyeshadow stay on without getting creased. Again, it allows my makeup to stay on until I wash it off.

I enjoyed having my eyeliner last all day —which it hasn’t for years! Not going out out of the house anymore without using this product in my cake eyeliner. It takes just the smallest drop to do a good job which will mske this quantity in the bottle last more than my money’s worth. Would buy again in a heart beat. Doesn’t add irritation to my eyes.

I thought I finally found a powder liner sealant that would work but it didnt.

I have always used cake eyeliners. The only draw back for me was that I would need to reapply or touch it up a time or two throughout the day. Using this product has eliminated the need to reapply or touch up my (cake) eyeliner at all.

I used this before and it worked great, I could use it for powder eye shadows to make them liners. But I think they changed the formula. It does not stay on as good and made my eyes itchy! Had to return it

This sealant works great with the cake eyeliner. One drop is plenty to start with, it dries quickly, and holds the line in placeall day without flaking or fading.
