I wish more products were so simply perfect as this product. It's made of sturdy stainless steel, sharp, very effective (even when used on harder cheeses, when it's made for medium to soft cheeses), easy to clean... simply perfect.

Works really well for soft cheese
The skinny side area is great for soft, sticky cheeses like Brie or Mozzarella. Much less clingy than normal knives. These are well made and look good. They also match some other nice cheese knives from Boska for harder cheeses.
