Wish it was fraction of an inch smaller. That way it would fit on Weber genesis grill. I had to remove the handles to make to fit in the opening.

We have a Napolean BBQ with a 35" wide main grill area. This griddle fits well with a foot of grilling room to spare. I can be frying up onions and peppers on the griddle and grilling brats at the same time. Win! Win! For reviewers who said food sticks to the griddle, they need to look up how to season a stainless steel griddle on youtube. 3 to 4 bakes of high smoke point oil and you're good to go. And the more you use the griddle, the more non-stick it gets.We didn't install the left side handle so we could slide it right all the way to the left side of the BBQ that way. I really like how it has to large grease trap in the front instead of a drain hole in the back. That's a way better design to prevent flare ups on the BBQ. Perfect for bacon, smash burgers, etc.It takes awhile to heat up given how high it sits above the BBQ grates, so I'm going to try and remove 24" of grate and set it right on the heat shields for faster heat up and slightly higher maximum temps (my smash burgers didn't quite have the 'crust' I was hoping for).

I hate to say but if would not buy this griddle again for several reasons.First the good. I have a 5 burner gas grill and it fits perfectly.And that's about it.The griddle came in a box with a bag containing 2 handles and 4 bolts and no instructions. Nothing on assembly, no care and maintenance, nothing on seasoning, nothing.One of the bolts fits on the handle then you pass it through the side and attach the other bolt. Unfortunately this bolt gets in the way when you're trying to clean it or scrape food from the edges and I even caught my hand on it. I would have much preferred welded handled. I'm probably going to remove them.The grease tray doesn't detach, there's no hole or anything so all your waste collects. The only way to empty it is to either scoop it out, or wait until its cool and tip it over, but then you have cold food and grease stuck inside the grease tray.I got the surface temperature of the griddle upto 350F but once I started putting food on it went down quickly and it was hard to get it to come back up to temperature, even with 5 burners going at full. Next time I use it I may remove the heat distribution tents, if there's a way to keep the grill off the burners themselves. I'll try it at a higher temperature next time, but it took quite a while to get to 350F and I was running short on time.It took a lot longer for the rice to cook than I expected and the eggs took ages to scramble.One tip, if you use this or any griddle, make sure it's level. A lot of the oil ran to the back of the plate since I was on a bit of a slope.A couple more good points. The food tasted delicious once it was finally cooked. The heat spread well and it's very sturdy, but overall I'm disappointed in the design and difficulty in cleaning it.
