Not as effective as I hoped
this brace is effective when it stays up. However, it frequently rolls down, no matter how tight or loose I put it. It works for 1 exercise at a time, requires adjustment in between, I would not suggest to use this for cardio as you will have to stop and adjust often. I ordered based on the measurement it suggests in the description but I would recommend choosing 1 size bigger as it fits small. Overall, I would not recommend this style. Maybe the size bigger would work, but Iām not spending more money to be disappointed again.
