Update: after a few months my battery life began to decrease. Replacing with OEM.
I got this to replace a failed charger on my scissor lift. I could have got the exact one that came off, but the price was a bit higher and the wait was longer. Since I needed it going right then I figured I'd give this a shot.No way to tell it from the original besides the decals, I wouldn't be surprised if they came from same factory.Has worked fine for a month now and I have no complaints.Update: seemed like my batteries were failing. Took them to dealer and they were able to be recharged and it worked fine again. I started ensuring the battery disconnect was set each time and the battery charge is again too low. I’m replacing the charger with OEM charger now.

No user manual
The description clearly says a user manual is included - but it was not! Just a box with the unit in it. No paperwork or information at all, anywhere. There are several configuration selections and no way to know what to do about it.
