With hyper stomach acidity, got to be very careful with any supplements that upset my stomach and this vitamin is really gentle on stomach However I take it after food and as role of a thumb don’t take any supplements on empty stomach

They barely have flavor and smell slightly "herby". They are larger than your average pill, but are shaped well-enough to go down smoothly. Highly recommend!
