Very nice, sturdy, great-looking, chrome towel ring with one note of caution:Take a close look at the photo in the description for this item and you will notice the screws in the mounting plate and one where the bar attaches to the arm. These will be visible if you mount the bar in this orientation, but would not be visible if you flip the bar 180 degrees and hang it the way it was actually meant to be attached to your wall. Just be aware that you will then have a choice to make: depending on which direction you want the open end of the bar to face, you may see those screws. Not a huge deal to me, but I would rather not see those screws, so I had to accept the open end of the bar facing the opposite direction from what I would have preferred. Otherwise, it's a very nice piece.Hope it helps.

We purchased this towel ring along with the matching towel bar to match our plumbing fixtures. The pieces are heavy and install easily. That said, the price is too high for a towel ring and we wouldn't have purchased this unless it was to match the remaining pieces in our remodel.

I ordered two of these for a bathroom remodel. One was fine, the other was bent. I’m assuming that the designer meant to have 90 degree bends. What I received was closer to 80 degree angles. However, the material is very heavy and thick, and thus, I wasn’t able to edit Ashly bend it back, so Amazon sent a replacement. The replacement has 90 degree bends but the swing arm is so loose that it wobbles and seems it might fall off. The included Allen wrench doesn’t tighten the swing arm, but I have a set that I’ll try later.I’m glad that these accessories are made under contract by a company other than Delta...if it were Delta making these, I’d be tempted to return my faucets out of fear of durability! I probably wouldn’t buy these again.

It arrived with two stains inside the packaging and they didn't completely go away after trying to clean them . I had to order a replacement that luckily was perfect. It looks beautiful.

I have purchased several Delta Vero series products because of their style and build. This one is no exception. Beautiful, well built, installs easily and has a great solid feel and finish.

Beautiful and worth every penny

Great quality, very heavy build, and looks fabulous. I read some reviews that complained of this product being miss-aligned or crooked. This quickly made me re-think about buying it but I decided to buy it anyways. I have no idea what those people are talking about when they said it was crooked. This towel ring is made of solid metal and looks great and hangs perfectly with no crooked gaps or lines. Glad I bought it.
