Hot glass to carry , not safe for me

I really like this produce and have used it so much since getting it. It does, however have three things you should know about and decide if it matters to you. 1. Not dishwasher safe. You could try at your own risk, but you are supposed to hand wash it. 2. Condensation sometimes appears when I have a lot of ice in it, which I wasn't expecting. 3. The base is a bit narrow, so it's ever so slightly unstable on a surface. As well, it is u stable in a shorter cup holder in the car. If you are okay with that, get one!

It's glass. It holds 16oz. The product page is not lying. However, even without using it, I can tell it's going to be incredibly fragile and will break upon the most subtle impact due to how incredibly thin the glass is. I like it because I can microwave water in the cup for my instant coffee. I do not like microwaving water in plastic because it tastes like the plastic... I'm going to keep it, but I'm likely not going to get another one when it eventually breaks. The "double-walled" construction does a minimal job at retaining heat; it is much better than nothing, as it lets me hold boiling hot water, but I believe that if you're looking for heat retention, get a proper insulated thermos. Edit: I increased my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because this has been much more pleasant to use than any other reusable drink carrier I have ever had. I still think that it might be fragile, but I've let it fall over and drop a few times already, and it hasn't broken yet. I will update my review again if the silicon gasket, foot, or hand ribbon start going loose, as mentioned in a few of the reviews here already.

Love my tea in this. Doesn’t effect the flavor of your tea at all.
