What a deal. This knife is very good quality and retains a great edge (I do maintain and sharpen my knives though). Comfortable to use too. $10 is way too good of a price for this knife. One of the best purchases I've made in a while.It's kinda like a Chinese cleaver except it has a sharp tip so that you can pierce things if you needed to. It's pretty light as well. I strongly recommend it, even for the full price it's worth it.

一応使ってみましたが、鹿の解体には小回りのきくナイフの方が、やり易いです。ただ、関節を切ったりするのは刃を当てるだけでスッパリいくし、肉のブロックを切り分けたりは楽でした。もったいないので骨などに打ち付けることはしていないので、強度は未確認ですが、一頭解体しても、切れ味は保てていました。せっかくシースを作ってみましたが、慣れないうちは台所用ですね。

Great knife to chop up vegetables in no time. It has a nice grip doesn’t slip off your hand. I use it as a chopping knife and as a cleaver. Price is so affordable too. I will definitely buy more to give as a gift. Bless Amazon for bringing amazing things to many homes🦅

Excellent in every respect for dicing, slicing cutting up a whole chicken. Just the right size. At 20 bucks it is a bargain. Had it a year now. Just bought one for each of my grown sons for Christmas. Great also for slicing prime rib. Mine has the black handle and the ones I got for the guys are Pakkawood.
