This seems to work well, these are smaller capsules which are easier to swallow. I think they help with energy and focus level. I feel better when I take them. I would recommend!

I drink a lot of caffeine for focus, but sometimes caffeine raises my heart rate a little too high. Taking these helps prevent the anxiety from caffeine while enhancing focus. Good quality, overall.

I'm a week into taking this at night. I don't really have a problem sleeping, although I wake at night and go back to sleep, but sometimes I don't feel rested when I wake up. So far, this stuff seems to help me sleep through the night a little better, and I wake up feeling rested. I have always only slept on average for 6 1/2 to 7 hours, and that hasn't changed, but I feel my sleep has been a bit more restful. I'll see how it goes for another few weeks, but for now, I think it's okay. I'm the guinea pig for my wife who has a number of sleep issues and we'll talk to the doctor about her trying this stuff.

Imagine my surprise when they weighed from 134mg - 137mg, not 200mg!Note: Scales were calibrated, empty capsule was tared.Product is good and works wonders for sleep.
