Nutramax Laboratories Dasuquin with MSM Soft Chews, Large Dog, 150 Count, brown

We have been giving our three dogs Dasuquin for years to help support their joint health. We recently lost one of our dogs, a 15 year old chow mix. When we got her from a family member at 13 years old, she was very stiff and didn't want to move around a lot. We started supplementing Dasuquin in her diet immediately, and within a week she was acting like her normal self again. I don't want to say she reverted back to her puppy years, but she was no longer afraid to go up and down our porch stairs, and she frequently wanted to play with her toys again. The treats are soft enough to be broken up into the dog's food to make them easier to hide or consume, but our dogs have no problems eating the treat whole. They seem to like the flavor and the consistency. We tried a different supplement for about a month (cheaper), but the chow mix's mobility immediately regressed, and our pit/mastiff mix couldn't stomach them. So we went straight back to Dasuquin!

I have a stupendously precious lab mix. She is 14.5 years old and finally started to show her age. Have I prayed over his dog? Yes. No joke. Love her. And thank God, she is doing great. But indeed to live is to age, and with her aging has come stiffness in her back legs and some painful whimpering here and there, usually when she is trying to get comfortable. I had initially looked these chews up for her 1/2 sister who suffered from the same arthritic issues. ***HEAR ME. THESE THINGS WORK.**** When she is on this product- This dog gets downright sassy and frisks around without whimpering or whining. Sometimes she even runs! Chases! Dashes! Much frisking!I find her mobility to be clearly different when she is on this product versus when she is NOT.She even stopped looking so stiff. It’s great.They are a firm chew that doesn’t crumble to bits. The smell isn’t horrible, and even if it was, she likes them, so who cares.I know these are expensive, but if you are ON THE FENCE, I strongly encourage you to buy a bag and give them a go. Follow their recommended dosing. I am extremely impressed with this product and it has been incorporated into our dog’s daily treat time.

This stuff is amazing! My dog NOTICEABLY has less pain when she takes this. If I forget to give her dose to her she will start limping within a few hours. This is going to be a permanent supply item in my household!!! Very effective!! I’m always skeptical and very picky when it comes to my fur babies so for me to say this is HUGE!!!

I switched my dog from cosequin to Daquan and it has made a huge difference!! We have a 10 year old pup who was limping, slow to get up and didn’t want to play with the younger pup. After making the switching and adding some fish oil our 10 year old is keeping up with the 2 year old and no longer in pain!!! His energy has increased and pain decreased!! The chews aren’t too hard either. He eats them without issues daily.

A bit too early to tell whether the ingredients match the intended outcome, as results aren't usually visible for 2 to 4 weeks. On a more positive note, my dog, who's a picky eater has no problem eating the supplement as a treat, so that's something :).

Our elderly dog was having a really hard time moving around and we started this on a daily basis which we found he started moving around so much easier. They dont smell like anything really & he seems to really like them. He tried eating the whole bag which wasn’t good, but at least he likes them so much he’d want to. It’s good to have piece of mind that it helps him move around better.

I wish I had found this years before! My 9 y.o., Doberman Pincher who has leaped in the air to catch balls all of her life started to lick her back hip & legs. After 5-days, I noticed she had much more energy & was leaping to catch balls and people @ the dog park noticed she was jumping & running around like she use too. I am in tears as this has helped my precious girl so much in only 5-days! Her coat is really shiny which i a bonus & she does not lick her hips or legs anymore. This product is the real deal! I will reorder !!
